Restaurants near Springfield Art and Historical Society Museum

Going out to dinner on a holiday like Valentine’s Day is difficult. Usually waitstaff is overworked and exhausted. Black Rock is typically busy so I figured it would be slammed. It was, and all the same everyone was having a great time. Our waitress was very nice and talked to us throughout the night. The food was delicious as always. They were very accommodating and communicative.

This is a great place with fantastic vibe. Live jazz, great draft selection and food that’s great and plentiful. This is a place the whole family can feel comfortable and enjoy a good time.

The food is always good, and the service was excellent. The young lady that waited on us was very friendly and very attentive. Great place to eat.

We always enjoy dining at Phelps Barn at the Grafton Inn. The setting is lovely, the food is delicious and the service is friendly and professional.

A really spectacular meal! My wife and I started with the Vermont Artisan Cheese Tasting. The cheeses and the "embellishments" were almost a meal onto themselves. We then split the 14 ounce Ribeye. Also delicious! The cocktails were on par. I enjoyed the Corpse Reviver #2 and my wife enjoyed the vodka Collins. Ashley was a great waitstaff! Her suggestions worked out perfectly. We are light eaters but splitting those 2 dishes was quite filling. The Red Rooster stands on its own as a restaurant and isn't just a "hotel restaurant". We were staying at the Woodstock Inn so a bonus not having to go outside for dinner!
