From the owners of Il Terrazzo Carmine, one of Seattle"s most iconic and beloved establishments, comes Carmine's Bellevue. Carmine's Bellevue brings to the east side the same level of quality in service, food, and ambiance that has made its sister restaurant a true institution in Downtown Seattle. Located at 88 102nd Avenue in Bellevue's historic Old Bellevue neighborhood, Carmines is nestled against Bellevue Park. With a rustic, timeless interior, Carmine's provides patrons an escape from the increasingly urbanized way of life. Upscale and elegant, Carmine's feels anything but stiff and pretentious. This is my fourth visit to Takai, and each time, I discover something new. I was told it’s because they always use the best seasonal ingredients, and I can truly see (and taste) the difference. No doubt, I’ll be back again soon!

The swordfish was amazing. Service was excellent. The pinapple upside-down cheesecake was so delicious I was sorry that I was too full to finish it. We ordered the Dungeness crab bisque. Our server warned us that it was rich. No joke. Yummy, but you could eat it with a fork. Could only eat a bit to save room for diner. But the swordfish *chefs kiss*!
