I was not that enthusiastic about going to this place, but as it turned out, it was fabulous. The oysters were amazing. They called them European oysters, but they were from Maine and they were big and juicy and delicious. The coconut lentil soup was also pretty amazing. Service was great and the ambience overall was very very good. I would say they’re raw bar is the most appealing part of the restaurant pretty good wine list also overall service beverage ambience food everything five stars

Love the food and service, but i do wish the staff wasn’t as attentive because it felt like we were being pushed out. Logically, I understand; however, it’s difficult to have a meaningful conversation when there is someone asking to grab the leftovers every 5 mins or so…

Service was impeccable. The service staff was attentive, professional, and an overall pleasure. The food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic. With that being said, I didn't think the food was worth the price. The service is why I'll give it a high rating.

The overall experience of the Hamilton was amazing. Several of our party have food allergies and they accommodated all of us. The food was amazing. Alexandra our server was the best server we encountered all week in DC and the Hamilton is our favorite restaurant. The standouts were the “boots with the fur” cocktail, sweet potato hummus, all out entrees, and the bread pudding and apple galette. Highly recommend!

Took my wife here for her 30th birthday. Food was great as well as the service. They also had the Christmas decorations up which looked great. In and out in 90 minutes. Would definitely recommend and plan on going back when we come back to DC
