Great menu selections … not your standard or typical Supper club fare. The menu selections are a cut above. So if you are looking for the cozy old Supper Club experience please know that you will not get that here. The building architecture is old Supper Club, but the menu selections bring it into the modern day. Thoroughly flavorful, salted, gently, and evenly all the way through, tender, and as fatty as I love this cut to be. The chef grilled it beautifully medium rare (as requested).... compliments to the Chef. The professional table service was equally fantastic.
