- SSashiSan Diego •12 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoExceptional service and food--each dish was unique, and had a flavor profile that we had never tasted before. The miso black cod was our favorite. The wagyu bread was 'wow', and the Thai salad burst in our mouth with amazing flavors. The service from those bussing to our server were outstanding. A true gem--we will be back!More infoJuniper & IvyPrice: Expensive• Unspecified• Little Italy•4.7

- KKarenVIPSan Diego •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoChristmas night, dining outdoors on the patio, cozy heater next to us, tender prime rib and hot mashed potatoes, a good wine, and just enough attention from our server, Maurice. What's not to love? Cohn family dining in beautiful San Diego! Happy New Year, everyone! (I did ask them to please turn down the volume on the...uh... lively Christmas music so we could visit, and they promptly obliged.)More infoThe Prado at Balboa ParkPrice: Moderate• Californian• Downtown•4.6
- DDenaWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWhat a wonderful place to be on Christmas day( Fantastic fixed menu, fantastic drinks and what a very attentive staff from front desk to service. I want to thank Bill, my server for the evening and all the wonderful team members who worked on Christmas day to make someone else s day special. The view from any point of view is breathtaking. The chef and team should take a bow for the menu and the bartender for a wonderful mango Durango cocktail. What a gem of a restaurant, so classy, so chic so special. Keep up the great 5 Star service. I also appreciate the many times the manager and staff checked on a single woman. I felt so special.More infoMister A'sPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Downtown•4.9
- MMichaelSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoPenny, at the front desk, was having a very busy Christmas lunch hour but she and others assisting her maintained very good humors. Savanah was our waitress was friendly and interested in talking with us when she could, considering how busy the floor was too. providing food tips. I haven't had Cream of Cauliflower soup before (not a big fan of cauliflower but I don't hate it either) and I took a flyer on a cup. I was really glad I did - it was delicious! My date, Robbie, had a taste and immediately ordered a cup for herself. She also had a very nice-looking Caesar salad with a cheese crostini and cherry tomatoes. I had 2 tasty Birria Tacos, less greasy than others I've had, and which seemed to be popular on other plates. Parmesan fries accompanied, but Truffle fries were also available at an additional charge. We shared a seasonal cheesecake, also delicious, with brown sugar and large chunks of apples.More infoAlbert's Restaurant - San Diego ZooPrice: Expensive• International• North Park•4.6
