So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     I enjoyed a wonderful birthday lunch at Cafe Aldo. We shared a Caesar salad(I would have liked them to split it in the kitchen). I had excellent Veal Saltimbocca and my friend had sweet potato gnocchis. I had indicated on the reservation that it was a birthday lunch and at the end of the meal two biscotti arrived with the best sparkler I’ve ever seen in a restaurant!

    Quaint dining spot in the heart of Haddonfield. Amazing brunch menu. The house made sausage is the best I’ve had since my dad’s. It had lots of flavor and loved that it had spice, too. Will be back for dinner and save room to try the Canolli.

    My girlfriend and I had the wonderful pleasure of visiting this fine establishment. Waiting service was excellent and attentive and our food and dessert were absolutely incredible. I definitely recommend couples/friends/families alike to visit!

    The restaurant was perfect for a Valentine’s Day dinner. The ambience was romantic, the menu had a very nice variety for the select Valentine’s Day three course meal, and the signature drinks were delicious. One of the best espresso martinis we’ve ever had at a restaurant. My girlfriend was given a rose with the bill, which was a great final touch. Highly recommend!
