Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. Awesome server named Jewel. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, nice music… it was perfect! Only thing, the Tomato Basil Soup was a little salty, everything else was amazing!

Such a fun and special holiday experience! We had the Nutcracker and Santa-olada and these drinks were festive and delicious. We also got the campfire s’more’s which was totally worth it! We got a personal stove to make our own s’more’s and it was a fun interactive way to make dessert!
