Among the four diners, we enjoyed four different, delicious entrees: the bourbon glazed pork chop, Chilean sea bass, short ribs, and baby back ribs. The service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Bistro North consistently delivers top-notch service and food. We discovered this spot probably three years ago, and we make sure to dine there on our regular stays in Silverthorne. My husband and I shared an appetizer, entree & dessert. All were excellent & the presentation for all three was stellar. My husband also enjoyed his Old Fashion cocktail, sharing that it was superior to many others he’s had. And Aaron, our waiter, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful to us in making our selections!

This was our favorite restaurant in Breckenridge. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the many daily specials - there were 3 fish specials and 3 meat specials, in addition to the menu. Appreciated that the daily options were printed with prices. We had oysters, ceviche, fire shrimp, barramundi, fish (grouper) and chips and sirloin. Everything was delicious. Not inexpensive but fairly priced for the quality and resort location. Would return!

The staff was very helpful. We asked that we be seated in a regular table not a high top as we are seniors. The table was reserved for later but they seated us. Food service was great. The waitress took drink orders quickly and came back for food orders, appetizers and salads were served before main courses as requested.
