Amazingly fresh seafood and variety. Presentation was inspired!

Our dinner at Olivea was not only the best one we had in Valle de Guadalupe but maybe the best one of our lives. Each course beautifully showcased the main ingredient that came directly from the garden behind the restaurant. The food was exceptionally delicious and the chef is very talented, innovative, and has excellent attention to detail. The interior decor of the restaurant is also stunning and the service was attentive and well-paced. We wish we could eat here every night and can’t wait to come back again!

I had an absolutely exceptional dining experience! The scallops were perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, with a wonderful sear on the outside. The pumpkin soup was to die for—rich, creamy, and seasoned to perfection. The service was attentive without being intrusive, making the evening even more enjoyable. I am truly looking forward to returning and experiencing more of what this amazing place has to offer. Highly recommend!
