The Bow Valley Ranche is located at the end of Bow Bottom Trail SE, in Fish Creek Provincial Park, just follow the signs for Bow Valley Ranche.The Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant is the new fine dining facility located in the restored Ranche House. Their menu features a contemporary interpretation of Alberta regional cuisine. Today, the flavours and traditions of Alberta’s ranching heritage live on at the Bow Valley Ranche. Our Grand Salon holds approximately 110-120 guests. William Roper Hull and Senator Patrick Burns hold approximately 30-32 guests. Our John Glenn room, located in the upstairs, old master bedroom of the house, holds approximately 12 guests. Sit down beside the massive fireplace in the Grand Salon or enjoy the covered wrap-around veranda during warm weather. Enjoy lunch, dinner, cocktails or weekend brunch. Reservations are recommended. Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra. We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef. We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

    My girlfriends took me out for my birthday dinner. The food was delicious! Our server Alex was very nice and took great care of us. The ambience was very nice and even though it was a full house, it wasn't loud so we had a wonderful visit and meal. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    Had an amazing dining experience at Chairman’s! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. Our server was attentive, friendly, and had great recommendations for both food and wine. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors. You can tell they put a lot of care into their ingredients and preparation. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great meal, Chairman’s is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back for sure!

    We love this place, the service and food are always top notch!! My only complaint about last nights experience would be where our table was located, every time the door would open we would get a cold draft. They maybe need to use a 2 door system to stop this.
