We enjoyed celebrating a birthday dinner with friends. We had a variety of starters and shareable plates. The beet salad and crab dip were delicious. I would recommend the bass, the pork chop and the smash burger. Our server, Taylor, was very thoughtful and kind, providing a great experience for us!

The service and overall atmosphere were excellent. Three of the four meals were exceptional but the last one, the house filet, was over cooked and tough. The server responded quickly with an apology and had a second one prepared. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived we were pretty much finished with our meals. And that was very disappointing, especially at a steakhouse like Hennen’s. And we were charged the full amount for the overcooked steak which was a bit of a surprise. We will continue to dine at Hennen’s since our past experiences have all been wonderful. It’s just unfortunate that there was a fly in the ointment on this occasion. EJ

Our server was wonderful, I didn’t remember her name . But she made our experience and our senior-engagement day very memorable. The food was very delicious. And we appreciated everyone there.
