We had our Christmas eve Dinner at Carmines, it was very good. We were seated at our reservation time , food was excellent & plentiful ,as usual,…The service team was attentive to us 4, even after the meal as we sat into our 2.5 hour post family style dinner… Thank again Carmine’s team, we enjoyed it very much!!! Amazing steak, huge baked potatoes to be easily shared and great selection of other sides. Extremely competent wait staff. Vegas prices but this one is worth it.

We moved swiftly with reservations and we were seated within 20 min of our reservation!!! These front workers to runners of drinks etc are efficient and know how to move thousands of guests!! Buffet was huge and had everything! Exactly why we didn't want family cooking this holiday! Desserts plentiful! Definitely recommend!! All Hosts and Hostesses should be commended on their courteousy! Communication and personality with a smile.

Great food and service. Staff were all very attentive and ensured our food was Halal. Ambiance is a bit loud, but that is to be expected, after all, this is the renowned Hell's Kitchen. The 3 course fix menu is great for its price, recommend it if it's your first time. Seared Scallop and Golden Beet Salad were wonderful. Butternut Squash Soup was fantastic and very delicate. The Lobster Risotto and Bone Marrow were exceptionally good, top contenders by a margin. Beef Wellington was excellent, but it was not mind-blowing. Baked Mac n Cheese was also great. However, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was simply perfect. Overall, had a great experience, and would come again. 9.3-9.5/10 Shoutout to Gordon’s Message cocktail! Fantastic drink.

Great service and great food. We sat in the bar which was quiet and all we could get so can’t comment on the main dining room. My son has some food allergies, and the staff was very diligent and accommodating in addition to being friendly and professional. We both had steaks which were excellent, topped off by Key Lime Pie which was as good as I’ve ever had anywhere. Like all of the nice restaurants in the strip hotels in Las Vegas it’s expensive but maybe a notch less so than some competitors with no diminution in quality.
