This "diamond in the rough" is conveniently located on the hilltop of Pittsburgh's South Side. Six unique and interestingly decorated dining rooms comprises the character of this institution which started with just 8 tables, 25 years ago.     Bistro 19 is always great. We love going here but can not get last minute reservations for a weekend. This time we went on a Monday night and reserved ahead of time. They were busy but not full. Service was great as well as food.

    Always a delicious dinner. Nice seasonal menu entree changes. Meatloaf & Amish Pie dinners were excellent! The best bartenders and cocktails in Pittsburgh (we travel from 500+ miles away & always stop in when in town) old fashioned cocktail is my personal favorite. Keep it going! Bravo!

    We sat at the bar on 11/15 from 630-730. The food was great, the service was great, but they really need to revisit their selection of music and noise level. For the average age that was in there, the music was not appropriate and very loud.

    The food here is always so good, the place is usually clean, and the games are so fun. It's a great place to have a birthday party with very little planning on your end! Loved everything, but our waitress wasn't the best, but maybe she had a bad night!
