Yet another wonderful dining experience at Lindey's! After many years of dining there (used to live in Columbus, now in Florida), Lindey's remains as our favorite restaurant in Columbus - especially during the holidays. From start to finish, service, ambiance and food was flawless. My favorite is the tournedos of beef and they were perfectly prepared. And, of course, we finished off with sharing a Post Mortem desert. We have a favorite table and they were able to have it available for us. Thank you!

I booked this restaurant for my daughters 17th birthday because I wanted something special. Wow did they come through! We had a reservation at 4:30 and when we check into our hotel room which was a block away we discovered her birthday dress was still hanging up at home an hour away. She forgot it since it wasn’t in her overnight bag. Long story short we got the dress but had called the restaurant to let them know we would be almost an hour late would we still be able to come. The gentleman who answered the phone said absolutely and her birthday won’t be spoiled on our end! Relief in that moment one act of kindness gave. We get there at 5:20 to a beautiful table, incredible service, and outstanding food. From me being able to sample a couple of the white wines and settling on a delicious one from France. To our steak being cooked perfectly medium rare and that peppercorn sauce amazing. The lobster was delicious, picked two sides which my daughter loves a good gourmet Mac and cheese this one was perfect! They even give a complimentary dessert and candle. Never did we have an empty water glass and the continuous staff was either wishing her happy birthday or asking if we needed anything. If you want exceptional service, amazing food and a great experience please don’t skip this one! They even made sure we had plenty of time to get to the nutcracker!

We love Cooper’s Hawk and are members of the wine club. Our meal took a really long time to be served. Our server apologized and our food was finally served by a gentleman that seemed to be in charge….he apologized as well but we were not offered any type of compensation. I didn’t ask because we love the restaurant and dine there often…..this was not the norm for the restaurant.

This is not the restaurant fault but Cameron Mitchell’s needs to partner with CPD/ City of Columbus to ensure short north is safe. My car was broken into after eating there. More pressure from local restaurants might help increase patrols

Kudos to Forno for creating a fun seasonal pop-up speakeasy in the basement for the holidays. Decorations, including vintage video, set the mood for apres-ski R&R. Special themed drinks were great, especially the espresso martinis, and the six of us devoured the fondue. Would've been nice if they'd offered a couple more menu items like personal-size pizzas/flatbread from the kitchen upstairs, and maybe a little bigger assortment of dipping items for the cheese fondue than just orange cubed bell pepper, bread, and apple slices (maybe more fruit?), but the whole experience was enjoyable on our pop-up pub crawl.
