Our server Dillon was on point and very attentive. Food was of course spectacular and the manager stopped by to thank us. 5 stars well earned.

We had our office Holiday party at Rose Park Bistro. Everyone except myself had never dined here before. The atmosphere was very festive, which made for a wonderful first impression. The hostess was very accommodating when we requested seating further inside the main dining area as our booth was so close to the front door. The menu options spanned our palettes from the chicken sandwich to the ravioli. The paella and shrimp and lobster ravioli were a huge hit. The steak tartar served over an avocado base was un unexpected and welcome surprise. Super yummy! Wine by the glass options are excellent. Dessert was a win, too. The pistachio cake was out of this world. Last, but not least, the servers were all very attentive. Everyone agreed that we will be returning again.

Food was good, very busy even for Wednesday night. So a lot going on and a bit noisy can be hard having conversation. Definitely recommend reservations.

Lovely experience - service was on point- food was great - plating might be improved- I should have asked for different seating - conversations were difficult without a round or square table- and noise level was not good… slight imperfections will never change always coming back - with all our friends …love the physical ambiance and again the service was wonderful!!!!

Thunder Valley High Steaks Restaurant is expensive but a great experience. The ambience and atmosphere are great, the Wait Staff was wonderful, our Waitress, Ronney was excellent. Cocktails were great, a wide selection of wines and a full menu. Our shared Wedge Salad was one of the best, my wife had Prime Rib to her Blue (very rear) liking! However, we can never share a steak as my preference is Medium Well! So this was the only issue/exception, with my Filet Mignon, it was very Well Done (not pink), which for a Restaurant of this caliber, one would expect you would get a Steak exactly as ordered? However the taste was good! We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to share a Special Night together!
