Tha meal was enjoyable as always and we were celebrating the New Year.

Once again another amazing meal and ambience at The Common Stove. If you haven’t tried them already, the burgers are absolutely delicious. The juiciest I have had the pleasure of eating. Oh and that Simcoe Shank at the end of the night is always a delight. It’s like a bowl of silky smooth ice cream in the belly. Highly recommend Common Stove🍸

Service is always top notch. Cocktails are amazing and food was delicious. Highly recommend the short rib and the brussel sprouts, honestly everything we’ve had there has been so good. Have been multiple times, never disappointed

It was a gift card for my Dad and Step Mom. My Step Mom tried the 100 wagyu rib eye steak and my Dad had a 62 dollar regular rib eye . They had a big Caesar salad (which he said in hindsight if he might not have ordered so he could finish his steak) and pan-seared scallops. They reported: We were both stuffed. VERY flavourful steak and tender. Too much to spend on us so never do it again ! ....but thank you honey. xoxo Dad

The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. We decided to dine "family style" and shared our meal. Perhaps a wise decision since their portions are quite healthy! For us, the standout was the fritura mista ... it was light, delicious, and seasoned to perfection! The chicken marsala was well balanced with grilled seasonal vegetables and, as requested, not overtly heavy on the marsala cream sauce. Lastly, our server Tony was incredible. He was very attentive to a fault and delicately orchestrated our entire dining experience! We will be back the next time we visit Barrie!
