We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We believe that our hospitality is just as important as the food and beverages we put on the table. We do not encourage our restaurant for young children. We do not have any highchairs in house and ask that you please bring your own if it is required. We do not offer any outdoor seating. Some of the most creative and delicious food we have eaten in years. The striped bass with chimichurri and parsnip purée was incredible as was the roasted squash salad and steak skewers! The server, Helen, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, a great wine list.

Vivace never disappoints. Outstanding in every way and such a treat to dine here. It is my favorite restaurant in all of Tucson and has been for a long time. The service (Candice was our amazing server tonight whom we've had many times before), the cocktails and wine, the ambience and most of all the food! From the delectable bread and pesto, to the mussels appetizer to the incredible striped bass fish special, all amazing. Daniel Scordato, please keep doing what you do because you are amazing at it! Thank you for serving we Tucson folk fresh, delicious fish! It is so much appreciated from prior Minnesotans who love fresh fish! And everything else on the menu is top notch as well. Bravo!

Our meal was good. Excellent margaritas at a very good price at happy hour. Shrimp tacos were loved by picky eater grandson. Granddaughter didn’t like chicken nuggets. All the other enchiladas, burritos, and carne asada were very good. Refried beans were kind of tasteless. But overall a pleasant meal.
