Chef Luciano Canova was born in 1949, on a small farm just outside of Rome, Italy. Chef Luciano grew up with his parents & grandparents where good food, using the freshest of ingredients, was always a staple. His passion for food was instilled in him as a small child in his home and led him to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of Italy. After graduating, Luciano worked all around the world perfecting his craft in places like Switzerland, Germany, and on a luxury cruise line.  The Torre Restaurant Group family of restaurants has grown to serve customers throughout Southern New England with authentic Italian food. We have eight locations, all offering different ways to explore the many tastes of Italy! Our newest location here in Mansfield, is the first location that merges all our dining concepts into one. Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. His connection has made this a hangout for the Patriots players and coaches, and it is not unusual to catch sight of them at the bar.Eagle Brook Saloon serves hearty portions inspired by the Old West. Appetizers include the Boot Hill chili and the Carson City stew with beef and potatoes. The rest of the menu is divided up into burgers, sandwiches, poultry, beef, seafood, pizza and desserts.

    We took a 7:00 pm Sunday reservation. We had the sushi tuna as an appetizer which was excellent. They were out of the lamb special. 😔. However the steak and lobster special was excellent. The two other friends had halibut and salmon Oscar which they both finished. We finished the night with coffee and a shared dessert to celebrate our birthdays. Overall a great experience. We were the last patrons at 9pm. Our waiter although very friendly appeared tired. I’m sure it was a long day. We knew it was time to go when they began vacuuming

    It was our first time there. We had a 6:00pm reservation. We arrived at 5:45pm, they seated us immediately. Very nice. Service was great. Very personable. Also enjoyed the menu options and food very much!

    We went for brunch and thought it was very good. Two people had steak and eggs and two had eggs benedict. Everyone really liked their choice and we enjoyed the brunch cocktails and mock-tails. We went back for dinner and it was not as good as brunch. Both steak and pork chop was quite over cooked. We always give restaurants three chances because everyone can have a bad day.
