Benihana never disappoints. Always perfect! We usually go at 7 PM or 9 PM, but time we went at 5 PM and it was great because it was not as crowded as usual. The prices have gone up, but the size of the portions remain large. We always look to celebrate everybody’s birthday at Benihana. 

Had a reservation. Was seated right away. Staff was super friendly. Our waitress was amazing. She took great care of us. Someone was taking pictures of people at tables and she took her time to take great photos. Food was delicious. Everything came out just how we asked for it. It was my father’s birthday and they sang happy birthday to him, and gave him desert.

We have been here many times for different occasions. Quality and service have remained consistent throughout the years. This is also one of our favorite locations based on restaurant design. We have tried several dishes without disappointment.

Although service got off to slow start, management and staff owned up to it and made up for the delay. That speaks volume especially in today’s environment. Our server didn’t miss a beat and even the bartender came over to check on us. I could tell the manager was concerned. It showed they cared and took pride in their customer service. Food was excellent. Drinks were very good. Only real negative comment is acoustics. It is relatively loud in there. However, I would go again and recommend to anyone. Great neighborhood location.
