Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973.     Always a wonderful experience at Eight4Nine. Great ambiance, a place where you can be yourself and enjoy the amazing food at your leisure and at your own pace. Amazing staff, very attentive and they all seem to be able to read your mind! Overall, I’d recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone who is looking for an amazing culinary experience and a comfortable atmosphere, all rolled into one delicious package named Eight4Nine.

    We ordered the rack of lamb and split it. It was more than enough. Rack of lamb is one of my favorites and I would say that this ranks as the best I have eaten or prepared myself. It was interesting that the server clearing our bare plates said that this was his favorite. Better than the filet mignon. We are here for the winter and will be back

    Great food and service. Chef Susan is there to check on all the tables to make sure the customers are enjoying. NY strip steak absolutely the best; branzino fabulous, pork shoulder very tasty but a little fatty. Must get the cheddar biscuits. Just a fun place with a pleasant vibe.

    We had a nice dinner and the wine was great! But, I wish you had the sea bass still. That was the best thing on your menu. The other fish you replaced it with isn’t great. We also used to get the beautiful asparagus spears & now you chop them all up now & we won’t ever order them again. Why change things that work!
