Bolero Restaurant is an absolute gem that offers a dining experience like no other. This stunning restaurant combines impeccable service, exquisite cuisine, and a breathtaking ambiance. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by warm, attentive staff who make you feel right at home. Our very special thank you to Chef Hany, and CJ, who graciously stopped by our table to invite us again. Kudos and hats off to Abraham, who was always present with opportune suggestions. Great display of patience, and customer care! 👏🏽 The food fair? Every bite was an explosion of flavor, and the presentation is as stunning as the taste. Our tapas selection offered a fantastic variety for sharing. We recommend the Carne Asada con Piquillos, and the very tender and tasteful lamb chops, unbeatable! Dessert? Truly recommend the torta bolero with sorbet of berries and black pepper. Wow! You’ve got to try it! The atmosphere at Bolero is equally impressive. The outdoor patio, surrounded by rolling vineyards, is perfect for a romantic evening or a celebratory gathering. Bolero is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience. This is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves exceptional food, and service. I can’t wait to return!

It is somewhere in between an upscale steakhouse and standard run of the mill steakhouses. The steaks are well aged and cooked to perfection. We shared a 12 oz filet mignon which was sufficient for us. It comes with potatoes and vegetables. The price is quite reasonable. The cocktails are well made and they carry some well-known local wines. The wait staff were pretty solicitous. The decor is a bit dark but that is typical of steakhouses. Overall, we would recommend it highly.

If you're looking for a comforting mini getaway dining experience, The Cork kitchen is a must. Scenery overlooking beautiful stream and vineyards along with abundance of maple trees make the overall experience soothing and relaxing. The overall menu is delicately managed as it is subtle in variety. The ambiance is great, it's rather delicate noise levels make the dining experience comforting but loud enough to feel at ease. Make a visit and enjoy. Totally worth it.
