Restaurants near Paddington Station

It was our wedding anniversary. We booked in advance which you must as it do gets very busy. We were in the Paddington area an hour before our 8.45 booking so we told them as we passed and they did call us as soon as a table was free. Which was a nice gesture from them. Then we were also given a glass of bubbly each and we felt very special. One of the other guests also bought us a drink as he’d noticed the fuss and it was just wonderful. We were very well taken care of by 2 people in particular. Alfredo and Fabrizio were brilliant, attentive and so friendly. The food was also spectacular and all our dishes were amazing. Amazing food and service! We visited as a table of ten, ranging in age from 10-70+. We also have a pescatarian amongst us and a fussy eater. Everyone left saying this was the best meal of our holiday! We visited this restaurant last year 3 times and we have rebooked before the end of our current stay. To start with I had the squid, light and perfect! My parents shared the prawns, incredible! The kids had bad buns, which they were crazy about! For mains we had the Nigiri selection, Ayllu platter, and the had a variety of sashimi! Everyone loved it!

Had an amazing time at The Stablehand. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The scallops were full of flavour and the slow roasted lamb shoulder was amazing! I will definitely be returning!!

We had the most delicious and enjoyable afternoon tea at The Royal Lancaster Hotel on 14th December. Despite being very early for our appointment we were accommodated in another part of the hotel which was just perfect. The service was outstanding and the smallest detail and request attended to swiftly and perfectly. The creations of the pastry chef were quite amazing and delicious. Great artistry. My party of husband, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and myself had the most wonderful experience. Thank you.

A delicious dinner was had by all at the Tumeric Kitchen in Paddington. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The service is excellent. The garlic naans were so light and delicious. The portions of the main meals were generous and very tasty. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
