Behind an unmarked door adjacent to the wine room, guests are transported to District 1 (China Town) in Saigon via Blackhouse’s 28-seat restaurant-within-a-restaurant, LSXO. A spinoff of the Little Sister brand (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach & Downtown Los Angeles), LSXO is love letter to the culture, heritage, and lineage of Vietnam (Vuong’s relatives hail from the region). While Little Sister is known for its French Vietnamese menu, LSXO follows the same Southeast Asian inspiration with a more refined feel. “There is no signage for LSXO—you can spot the entrance of it tucked into a section inside Bluegold, but you’ll have to know it’s there.     Stopped in for Sunday brunch ordered the POG cocktail with tequila it was very good went down quickly I ordered the breakfast burrito but I asked to have it deconstructed not rolled up it came out in a plate and it was wonderful the atmosphere was great views of the Huntington Beach Pier and beach it was a overall great visit will I come back Most definitely !!

    We love this place. There's really nothing better overall...the food is to die for and the service is fabulous. We must have been here like 20 times and will definitely be back. However I'm not sure what happened here in the last 6 months. It used to have such a great vibe - the 80s gangster rap was a brilliant fusion with classic Asian. Unfortunately a few whiny people, the minority as always, wrecked the experience - despite the clear notification that there would be language in the music played. Wish the whiners would just stay at home and not wreck it for the rest of us. Apart from that, do yourself a favor and go treat yourself to some amazing food. Get the sticky rice to start with. You'll love it!
