We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill.     Loved the dinner. The salmon and steak were perfect. The rice was tasty. The broccoli rabe was not an ideal vegetable. A roasted root vegetable would have been better. The bread was mealy- try a lefsa next time.

    My wife and I went for a date night to try a new place. We try a new one each month and this month was Sliced. I had the Pastrami sandwich and my wife had the Bison burger. Both were well prepared and cooked to perfection. As we eat with our eyes first, I noticed the meals were plated neatly on slabs instead of plates which was a cool look. The service staff was very helpful, cheery and polite. Overall this was a great dining experience for us and we will be back again.
