Great experience and dinner, celebrating our Grandson’s birthday. Excellent Steaks and chicken dinners, good soups, and excellent baked potato and sweet potatoes!

We were greeted warmly by the hostess, and she was able to accommodate our early arrival.  We had a very enjoyable evening with our server Evan K.  He was very knowledgeable in regards to the entrées, along with wine pairings.  His level of professionalism was outstanding.  We had the tornadoes and the scallops and they were cooked to perfection and the presentation was lovely.  Although full he talked us into the crème brûlée and it probably was the best crème brûlée in a long time. We plan to return for one of the special evening 6 courses tasting menu.

You can’t go wrong at Bowdies. It is our go-to for special occasions. The steaks are great and prepared perfectly. Try the mushrooms and the potatoes to go with the steak. Really celebrating…toss in the lobster tail 😊. Ann was our server and she was great.

Celebrated our 9th Wedding Anniversary. The Whole Experience was Great! Great Food, our Waitress was Excellent in her help with choices. Ambiance was quiet in the front of the restaurant.

Every aspect of our visit was a joy! Beautiful historic setting, friendly and knowledgeable staff,and the food! Chef LaBelle brought us our Oysters Rockefeller appetizer himself, we had nice interactions with each member of the front of the house staff, Melany is charming and funny, Courtney is sweet, endearing, and adorably unique, and Jeffrey is friendly and professional. Great combination of personalities! The Empanadas, which was the dinner special were phenomenal, and you can never go wrong with the Seared Sea Scallops for an entree! Definitely get the oysters!!!
