Looking forward to going back and trying others. I wish they offered a scone with clotted cream and jam. Parking is behind the building if nothing is available in the front.More infoLily’s & ElisePrice: Moderate• Afternoon Tea• Ferndale•4.7
- HHenryDetroit / Eastern Michigan •20 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Christmas day dining at Tria. First time dining experience there for us. First off, the food was excellent! I had the apple muffin encrusted whitefish which was recommended by our server, Paul, and it was delicious! My wife had the filet mignon, and she said it was tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. The other two in our party also enjoyed their food. One had the whitefish and the other had the pork chop. Both said they were excellent. Our server, Paul, on the other hand seemed to be a little resentful to be working on Christmas. He was, at times, curt with us, which made our experience uncomfortable. As we were finishing up around 8:30pm, the staff started setting up all the tables in the restaurant for breakfast the following morning. It reminded me of a mess hall with the clanging of coffee cups and flatware being placed on the granite top tables. I understand that the staff wanted to go home but it really was somewhat uncouth for a $75-$100 a plate restaurant. We will probably not return. I'm not complaining about the price as we dine in that price range fairly often, but just for reference for two, our bill with tip was $216.00 and there were only two alcohol beverages on it, in case you might be thinking that the bill included a bunch of drinks.More infoTriaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Dearborn•4.4
- MGMelyndaGCincinnati / Dayton •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 14, 2018When my family and I got there the employees had not set up yet. We were disappointed in that because we attend every year and this year was the first at this location. We were informed that they get reservations every year and no one shows up so that explained it. They were surprised to see us. The employees treated us amazing. The manager gave us free drinks and dessert. They really made us feel special. Can’t wait to go back next year.More infoWhite Castle - Detroit - Grand RiverPrice: Moderate• American• Detroit•5
