We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Mountain Trail Farm in Clermont, FL provides Primo with whole pigs, which are prepared several different ways.     Our server, Kim V., was amazing and truly cared about our experience. She made my son's 11th birthday celebration extra special and attended to our every need and more. We felt her warmth, joy, and love for people and what she does. She truly lives the HRC mission, "Love All, Serve All," and I love that. It is unusual these days to find someone like Kim V., whether in the workplace or otherwise and she deserves a huge shout out. Keep up the good work, Kim, and thank you for making our day extra awesome! The food was yummy and we love the whole HRC experience.

    Pedro was our server and SUPER attentive. He anticipated our needs and was available with what we needed before we even had an opportunity to ask. Donny runs a tight ship and commands an excellent staff. The food was delicious and plentiful. Everything to recommend.

    It’s been a few years since I’ve dined at a Bahama Breeze. Kind of disappointed about the decrease in portion size with the increase in $. The key lime pie isn’t the same. The crust tasted old & synthetic. The ambiance was great though outside on the patio. Service was also great. Nick was very attentive.
