Amazing experience from start to finish. We had our toddler with us and the staff were brilliant with her. Good value food, went for the steak and chips for £15 but they had a deal 3 courses for £29. Food was amazing well worth the money. Service was brilliant the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Beautiful setting, food nice and tasty, service fantastic….but very pricey still.

My daughter and I went to the Griffin Inn for Boxing Day Lunch. We had been to several 'Festive Lunch' events in December so both opted for the Steak & Chips option. The steak was brilliant and cooked to perfection, as were the rest of the meal. The atmosphere was inviting and quieter than we expected, though it was livelier in the Bar where the football was on TV. The staff were attentive and we had a lovely time. We will definitely return.

We hadn't eaten here before but really would go back and recommend to others. We attended for an early Sunday lunch and the food was fantastic. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was just right. The fact that there is a separate eating space to the main bar area makes it feel quieter and a lovely experience. We will be returning for sure!
