- MMatthewAtlantic City / South Jersey Shore •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had an excellent experience af Bad Roman. The babka, truffle penne luongo, short rib papparadelle, and chocolate torte were all to die for. Some of the best Italian I've had outside of Italy. And they gave my wife and I a card and a glass of champagne for our anniversary. Great experience!More infoBad RomanPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.5
- SSimayNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe waiters & waitresses are very attentive and knowledgeable about the food served here. They patiently answer your questions about the dishes and give valuable recommendations. We ordered Veal Shank (Osso Buco alla Becco) with a side of three pastas of the day and Chicken Parmigiana (Parmigiana di Pollo). To be honest, pasta tasted decent, nothing spectacular about it. The veal shank is beautifully cooked for several hours. The meat leaves the bone without any effort, it is very juicy, soft and rich in terms of flavor due to the fat content. Chicken Parmigiana is also very tasty and crisp! We also ordered drinks, the spritzer resembles aperol spiritz and it is very good however I cannot provide a positive comment if you order wine by the glass. The wine tasted like it is diluted when you order by the glass so if your party is a good wine drinker you better go for the bottle.More infoBeccoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Theater District•4.5
- MMelissaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI had the best time! La Grand Boucherie has such a beautiful ambiance. Feels very chic when you enter. The bar is stunning. The staff was very friendly, bathrooms very clean. For starters my friend & I shared the ceaser salad. We each had a glass of Sancerre, perfect compliment to our meal. I ordered the Filet Mignon au poivre - it was perfection! I tried my friend’s Bavette au diane which was also fantastic. We shared a side of haricots vert- they were great as well. For dessert we shared profiteroles & the chocolate caramel tart. A great way to end our meal! Sooo good! The chocolate was not too sweet & not too bitter- it was practically perfect with every bite! The service was fantastic. The perfect last supper before my travels… Can’t wait to come back!More infoLa Grande Boucherie NYCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Midtown West•4.5
- JJohnMississippi •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI picked this restaurant by looking at online reviews. I could not have made a better choice. Our reservation was on time. We walked in, sat down and were immediately greeted by our server. Emily was her name. She was without a doubt, one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of working with she treated my wife and me as if we were her only customer and we were the most important people in the restaurant. It was truly a special occasion for us. The food was everything that she had said it would be and everything that I read online. It was fabulous. We took her suggestions for some of the dishes we got and every suggestion she made was fantastic. I will go back to Carmines anytime I’m in New York City.More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6
- TThelddyNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI have no complaints ! On arrival the ambiance was great, dim lighting , calm music , and a sense of class and elegance to match. Tables weren’t ready yet but we were directed to one of the bars where the drinks started our nights off perfectly! As receiving our tables 5 minutes after and food about 10 minutes after that I was shocked how fast things were moving to make accommodations. The food was to die for, the shaking steak I highly recommend as the seasonings was so savory. The sticky rice complimented it perfectly definitely giving that tai feel, while our waiter was nothing short of perfect even offering us tiramisu ahead to time so it would be received faster as it was. If you’re looking for a good date night place that isn’t too pricy but still gives out Luxury I highly recommend it there!More infoTwin TailsPrice: Expensive• Thai• Upper West Side•4.7
