The Club Tavern and Grill was originally The Grantree Restaurant when three men from Conrad, Montana purchased it in 1985. The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Once a dark 70’s style bar and casual dining restaurant, it also featured a fine dining area.In 1999, The Grantree Restaurant was revised and remodeled to give it a more casual Montana feel.In 2008, the Partners decided to change the name and again do a remodel with more of an upscale sport’s bar style hence creating what today is The Club Tavern and Grill, Bozeman’s Upscale Sport’s Bar with 20 TVs, a Casino, Full Bar, and Sports packages. We had an amazing dinner at Bitterroot Bistro tonight. Our dinner was excellent. We had a salad and soup to start. We had the Trout Entree and Pork Chop for dinner and it was so delicious. Highly recommend both. The service was very attentive and overall a great dinner!

I would highly suggest eating here as often as you can! The food and the service is so exceptionally consistent. The short rib hummus is to die for the whipped Greek feta salad divine and the gnocchi. Oh my lord. Plus to top it off they offer cannolis which is very hard to find it. Any restaurant in Bozeman? They are large and full of packed flavor. If there's two of you you only need one!
