We booked to go to the the Union on valentines night living on the island we had never been before. We were not disappointed from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. Throughout the meal the owners were very attentive to guests, a nice touch in a world where there are so many faceless corporate businesses. The food was top quality my rib eye was cooked to perfection nicely rare, my wife had the seafood platter again quality product. Our starter was the truffle pate which had a truffle infused breadcrumb this with the smooth pate. Glad we went sharing that the portion’s are big and quality. The wine list caters for all pallets we went for a small house champagne then the lady may from South Africa both lovely. The ambiance is nice with ambient lighting and modern decor we chose to sit inside although there is a nice terrace outside overlooking the waters of Camana bay. Whether you are visiting the Cayman Islands or resident make time to go to UNION it’s worth it.

What a wonderful surprise it was to be greeted by Franko, whose warm, jolly, and engaging personality set the tone for a fantastic evening at Blue Cilantro. Having not visited in a while, we were pleasantly surprised by the newly updated menu, which has taken an already excellent dining experience to the next level. The dishes were not only delicious but also showcased beautiful presentation, reflecting the chef’s creativity and attention to detail. The service was impeccable, with the team ensuring that every moment was seamless and enjoyable. The ambiance remains elegant yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for a memorable culinary experience. Without a doubt, I’d go back again for sure! Blue Cilantro continues to deliver an exceptional dining experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier cuisine in Grand Cayman.

Ms. Pipers Kitchen is a must! Nestled behind the Hampton Inn this little sanctuary is amazing! Caribbean Boho Chic decor and very nice poolside bar! Andy the bartender is a maestro! We had a great time, amazing drinks and service was top notch!

Renee made our lunch very enjoyable!!! She was on top of everything and a greater server. We spent day on the beach with umbrella and lounge chairs and then went to restaurant to enjoy our meal. Renee bringing a candle on top of my birthday beer was a special touch!!!

Food was amazingly fresh. Ceviche Trio was so delicious and probably one of the best we have had. Fettuccine dish I had and the Risotto my wife had was very flavorful. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back.
