Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The food was perfect! The steak was cooked just like medium-raw should be! The seafood was great and the dessert was excellent! We forgot how good the lava cake was. Keep up the good work. (PS: there was no reminder of my wife’s birthday.) Thank you!

The Ruski Zakuski experience was phenomenal, and with the addition of a cavier and a bread dish, was the perfect amount of food! We were too full for desert, but they still brought out a small frosted cookie with a candle, as it was a birthday event. Absolutely on my permanent dinner spot rotation.
