Today was an unforgettable day as I had the honor of taking my amazing parents to Ladds Tavern to celebrate their 61st wedding anniversary! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and treated like family. The atmosphere was so inviting and relaxing—it felt like the perfect place to create lasting memories. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we wanted. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made this special day even more remarkable. The atmosphere was so relaxing—it felt like we were right at home. Mom and Dad, I love you both to the stars and back. You’ve shown me what love, strength, and commitment look like, and I’m endlessly grateful for you. I wish you many, many more anniversaries filled with happiness, health, and wealth. Only my second time dining at ninety acres and just like the first time, it was an absolute delight. Our waiter tonight was Andres and he was a gem. I want to give Andres a special shoutout for being so special and such a pleasure. He was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our dinner was nothing less than perfection! Thank you so much for an amazing dinner. Will be back as soon as possible.

Beautiful historic restaurant ! We loved the fireplaces and dining room areas. There was also a great bar area with tables and a fireplace. Dinner was fresh and tasty. Service was prompt and good. We would dine here again if in the area.

The carbonara is my favorite pasta on the menu it did not disappoint. Had a chicken special which was also good. Regrettably it was really hot upstairs, and they don’t seem to be able to do anything about that. And I mean 79 degrees if the thermostat is to be believed. On a 20 degree night. Seems it is all one zone heat/AC.

Its in the details. Food was excellent. Portion’s generous. Service is the issue. Staff was pleasant but inattentive and under educated. Server did not know what dressing came with chopped salad and did not know what osso bucco ravioli was. We waited at least 20 minutes after completing our main course to get a desert menu. The glass top table was soaked with condensation from our beverage glasses, tablecloth or coasters please. The ravioli was very good, but a teaspoon more filling would have made it excellent. The tiramisu was different and possibly the best we have ever had, including that in Rome. A bit more attention to details elevates this restaurant to one of the absolute best.
