Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State.     The staff was amazing from the time we stepped in, to when they gave us our checked in coats. Our waiter was very attentive and genuinely friendly. The appetizer almost filled us up, but we had room for the perfectly cooked steak and delicious sea bass. Then we had to have some tiramisu and gelato with a cappuccino since we the ambiance yelled Italian steakhouse. We reserve this place for our special night out. Not really priced for the family.

    Our Valentines/anniversary dinner was superb! We had different scallop dishes that were perfect!! The stuffed mushroom appetizer and coconut cream pie dessert were fabulous as well. Nico and the other servers did a fantastic job. Morgan & Co will be our top choice for special occasions from now on. Thank you, Morgan team!

    The food here is unbelievably good I had the short rib and it was perfect in the top three short ribs I've ever had anywhere. I got the octopus for an Advertiser and it was cooked perfectly paired well with the beans they gave you the services friendly and attentive highly recommend this place you can't go wrong
