- CCherylVIPJacksonville / Northeast Florida •27 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe are from Florida and we fond this restaurant by doing a search online for the top rated Italian restaurants in the Bay area. We selected this one because of the Crudo selection and the option to choose a variety for tasting. This did not disappoint. We selected the Oysters, Scallops and Blue Fin Tuna. The Oysters were creamy and the scallops and tuna were tender, full of flavor and did not disappoint. For dinner we ordered the popular Spaghetti, Cantabria anchovy, caramelized onion butter and Rigatoni, duck sugo, brussels sprouts, parmigiano reggiano. Both plates were cleaned! It was very delicious and memorable. The staff work as a big team and are very attentive - even with having a huge table of 16 to tend to. The folks in he kitchen were gong non stop and put out perfection! You wont be disappointed having a meal here!More infoItriaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Mission District•4.8

- MMarianneVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe were a larger party celebrating a friend's birthday on a Saturday evening. We enjoyed our experience very much. We had the seafood stew (excellent and piping hot), NY Steak (perfectly med rare), Filet Mignon (nice portion 7oz, not too huge, tender and also med rare. I recommend to include the sherry mushroom sauce for the filet mignon, I had it on the side), the braised short ribs (fork tender and amazing sauce), and Octopus with forbidden rice & squid ink (superb, supple, perfectly tender and full of flavor). We also had the vegetable sides; eggplant, cauliflower (only miss for us, too sweet for us), Yukon gold potatoes with chimmichurri (so deliciously creamy). We had a member in our party that's allergic to gluten and corn! The waiter was so thoughtful, he had the chef mark a menu with check marks next to items that my friend was safe to consume. Also, he had the kitchen separate out the polenta braised short ribs so she can share the dish without cross contamination. The waiter did this discreetly with my friend so nobody felt uncomfortable. We all enjoyed our experience very much. Thank you, Lolinda, for a delightful, perfectly prepared meal and lovely service. 10/10, highly recommend this restaurant.More infoLolindaPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Mission District•4.7
