- DDanielChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe restaurant was not too busy (just before Christmas). But the service was incredibly wonderful. Steaks were excellent. Asparagus cooked exactly to crisp yet edible. Loaded baked potato was great. The Brandy Old-Fashioned Sweet was THE BEST I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a last second dinner choice.More infoMilwaukee ChopHousePrice: Expensive• Steak• Milwaukee•4.5
- MMichaelWisconsin •20 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI'm more of a local independent restaurant guy with supporting creative local people, but once in a while, I can't resist the best chain restaurant in the country, Milwaukee's Capital Grille. Wow, outstanding service, food, atmosphere. Wine list could use some help with older vintages and hard to find stuff like Brunello, Barolo, Bordeaux, Phillip Togni Cabs, Keenan Reserves.More infoThe Capital Grille - MilwaukeePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Milwaukee•4.9
- ILILovePaellaChicago / Illinois •9 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 7, 2016The steak was very well cooked (medium rare but on the rarer side) and the potatoes were good. The bistro is in the lobby of the hotel, so it has the potential to be loud depending on the day. It was nice and quiet while I was thereMore infoJulep/Bistro 333 - Hyatt Regency MilwaukeePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Milwaukee•3.7
- Kkemps0177Minneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 4, 2015I stayed here at the beginning of December when in town for an event at the Bradley Center. My wife and I ate here the first of two nights while staying at the Hilton. The hotel offered a deal for money towards dining on-site when I booked on-line. Our service was prompt, and we were seated right away. The food was typical pub food, but was very good. The beer selection was quite good, but they were out of some of the listed beers on the menu. I had two different local brews recommended by the staff. They were quite good. The bar was hopping when we arrived, but I had no problem having a conversation with my wife. I would rate this a place for younger professionals versus the older dining crowd. Our second night, we at the Chop House next door, but returned here for dessert. It was excellent! The bar was lively again with patrons out to see a cover band. The music was good and added to the fun of the night. I would certainly return here when in Milwaukee again.More infoMiller Time Pub & Grill - MilwaukeePrice: Moderate• American• Milwaukee•4
