Great food and service even on a busy Christmas-eve, we had 8:30pm reservations, was seated immediately even though the restaurant was full. My husband order a burger without cheese, it appeared they had added the cheese and realized the mistake, they removed it but left remnants of the cheese on the burger. We brought this to our waiter attention. They corrected it by preparing a fresh burger and the manager came over to our table to acknowledge the mistake, apologized and took the burger off our bill. That’s the reason we continually patronize this Firebirds! They have exceptional customer service! Thanks 😊

A wonderful Christmas Eve Dinner with selections for each course gave the sense of an individually catered meal. All of our selections were excellent. Service was prompt but not hurried and the server was knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings.

Great service, great food, great wine choices. I made this reservation in June. It is our family’s tradition at Christmas!

This was our first visit to this restaurant. Nothing short of fantastic! We ordered the 6 oz and the 8 oz filet mignons, and they were perfectly prepared. The accompaniments were also of generous portions and also excellent. We shared a lightly-torched creme brulee, which was excellent as well. Our server, Stacey, was well versed in the descriptions of any items we asked about. We were very satisfied with the entire evening and we will be back!

Food and service were great! Noise was deafening, we couldn’t hear our server when she spoke. That’s unacceptable.
