The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery.     Blue Ridge is consistently excellent! The food last night was absolutely delicious with the pork loin with apple chutney being a standout. The salad station was fresh and well stocked, the soups were heavenly, and the dessert bar was amazing with the mousse cups and bread pudding causing us to go back for seconds. The Grove Park Inn is full of history and is fun to walk around and explore, the views of the mountains are spectacular, during Christmas the decorations are festive, and the fireplaces are so cozy. So when you go for dinner, it’s not just a meal but also an experience. I take everyone that comes to visit us in Asheville. It was another delightful evening.

    Food was great as always experienced at the Biltmore Estate properties. Danny, our server, was outstanding and her attention made our meal extra special. I noticed this time that all of the staff really worked together helping each other out. That was nice to see.

    We are local and have spent a lot of time at GPI/Edison's over the last 13 years, especially during the holiday season. The menu is just perfect, the service is always top-notch, and the environment is warm and welcoming.

    We went on Christmas Eve it was great seeing so many people dressed up to celebrate Christmas. The food was excellent and they also had wonderful special menu for the evening. The menu was very well rounded something for everyone. A surprising wonderful experience in every way.
