My wife and I are big fans of Birch, which is why we dined here on Valentine’s Day. We sat at the chef’s counter and really enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. It’s easy to see why Chef Knall is a 2025 James Beard nominee for best Chef Midwest. The GM at Birch is so personable and acknowledges us on every visit. They were open during a blizzard when the rest of the city shut down. Quality and consistency is always amazing. Probably the best restaurant in Milwaukee.

The Christmas brunch as usual was excellent. From the salads and the omelette station to the prime rib and desserts, everything was delicious. The food displays and decor were gorgeous and the staff were outstanding! Amazing of all of your staff to give up their Christmas Day with their families to make the holidays a little brighter for others. Well done!
