Celebrated my mom’s 88th birthday. Andre was very helpful with items on the menu and extremely courteous. Lovely dessert for my mom and DIL as this was her first time dining at Mere Bulles.

The restaurant was packed. It took an extra beat for our server to come by the first time, but once they did, they were amazing and attentive. Food took a little longer to arrive than usual, but likely to be expected when the restaurant is slammed. Food was great.

Took a group of 9 for dinner on Christmas Eve. Extremely busy as you can imagine. The entire staff was prompt, courteous, and professional during a rush that had to be stressful. The hostess was amazing.!! Highly recommend.

My wife and I and our two older teens went out to dinner to enjoy dinner together before the holidays. We all enjoyed our meals - a pasta dish for my daughter; filet and mashed potatoes for my son; ribeye/shrimp for my wife; and Alaskan black cod for me - all were delicious! And our server (Ellie) was fantastic as well!! My wife and I also enjoyed our drinks. We always enjoy dinner at Firebirds - and we’ll look forward to our next outing.

We are regulars. We noticed the quality of service slipping; especially with the service staff. In several cases moderately articulate and not professionally presenting. . However, we have noticed of late an uptick and for that we will keep coming back. Multiple staff members were attentive and engaging and looked professional. We enjoyed our meals and will return.
