The restaurant is named after America’s most famous founding father, Benjamin Franklin. While he was pinnacle in America’s birth, he also became the first ambassador to France. While on trips to Paris, he would wine and dine with the best of them and when he returned, he would bring back the French culture, food and wine, and share it with our new nation. We were a party of eight with reservations and we showed up early. We were seated immediately. Wait staff was very attentive. Drink selection was outstanding and the drinks were delicious. Made very well. The selection of entrées was great including the children’s menu. Everyone in our party was able to get something they enjoyed very much. The table side guacamole was delicious and included freshly made chips that were still warm. First time coming here upon recommendation from my daughter and we will definitely return next time. We are in the area.

The big mistake we made was to forget to order the pasta made in the Parmesan cheese wheel. The calamari was great, the stuffed pollo was perfect and the halibut special was a little pricey (always ask how much a special cost before ordering it) but delicious.
