All the servers were young adults - maybe in their late teens or early 20s. Our server Rueben was amazing. Very polite, professional and courteous. Truly giving us the experience we would have expected at a higher end restaurant like Noble. Hats off to whoever trained the staff at Noble and the Prince of Wales Hotel. GREAT job. Each dish was a work of art, in both flavor and aesthetic, and delicious! It is our favorite place, and the service was lovely and welcoming. Our waitress was also amazing and very accommodating.
