Steiner Ranch Steakhouse is a 14,000 sq ft restaurant built in the hill country overlooking Lake Travis. We have three levels, four bars, and a large outdoor dining area with breathtaking views. All steaks are hand-selected Prime beef cuts, seasoned, broiled to order, and topped with our house butter blend with caramelized shallots and chives.     We celebrated my wife’s birthday here last night and from the get go felt like we were taken care of. The hosts seemed sincere and cheerful wishing her a happy birthday, and that set the tone for the night feeling special. I’ve worked in service, and I know it’s not always easy to be festive on someone else’s behalf when tons of birthdays are celebrated every day, and the kindness of the staff stood out. Sandra took wonderful care of us, comped a dessert for the birthday and made sure we had everything we needed while giving us our time and space to enjoy the meal. We will be back!

    The food is out of this world and our server was attentive in the most balanced ways and knew the menu well! Ask for Vincenzo, he’s an amazing server! Its my #1 place to take guests who are in town, but you have to plan ahead!

    Steiner Ranch Steakhouse is our go to place when we travel to Austin. This most recent visit was for a quiet evening dinner with my husband after our daughter was married. The outside patio is amazing with the spectacular view of Lake Travis. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious as always. We shared how we were celebrating our daughter’s wedding and how she was engaged at their restaurant. To our surprise, they provided us with a delicious, complementary dessert. Love their hospitality! We will definitely be back!

    Do the Churrasco Mixed grill for 2. Great beef, shrimp, fried lobster tail & yummy sauces. Wedge salad the best I've had. Tammy was a great wait person. Dined 4pm to catch sunset during CST. Don't miss this place. Been here several times & consistently great food, service & ambiance.
