Found in the middle of the Bold Street, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam.     This was my 3rd time dining at Hibiki, bringing my partner to experience for the first time. The food is always delicious, super fresh and quick to prepare. It’s a cute small restaurant so you can sit right by the kitchen and see the staff preparing your meal. I highly recommend the pumpkin katsu bowl, the sweet fried pumpkin is amazing with the sauce and wakame salad. The staff are always super friendly and attentive and give a great dining experience. Even the kitchen staff show a smiling face and thank you as you leave. The food, ambiance and staff all make a really lovely restaurant to visit, I will be back again!

    Wow what an amazing night from start to finish staff were amazing so lovely from the greet to the Waitors everyone was so friendly and helpful , a lovely young lady took us on a tour which made the night even better it’s absolutely beautiful inside , the food was delicious and you get alot considering we went for the 3 course special we loved everythink the crem brûlée was the nicest I have ever had . We can,t wait to go back fabulous that’s all we can say .
