The kitchen is the heart of the Campbell house which is why we created an expedition kitchen so customers can see all of the love and hard work that goes into our dishes. firefly's vision is a sustainable one; the frame of the building is recycled steel, all of the barn wood is reclaimed as is much of our furniture, the pond irrigates our gardens which greatly reduce our carbon footprint along with all the trash that comes with packaging food, we compost, are constantly upgrading our energy efficiency and NEVER use chemical fertilizers or pesticides in our garden.

Terre Haute Brewing Company erected our beautiful Victorian Stables building in 1890. The building actually housed Clydesdale, Belgian and various other draft horses that delivered beer for the brewery. For private groups, the rear two-thirds of the upper level is our grand banquet hall. The room seats groups from 30-100. Lavish buffets or sit down meals for business dinners and programs, family gatherings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and holiday parties.     We head this way often and always stay one night in Effingham just so we can eat at Firefly Grill. We are never disappointed! Food and service is always excellent!

    Hello to all. We dined with Four Cornered Steakhouse in Terre Haute Indiana last evening for the sixth time out of our 47 visits to the Casino Resort. This occasion was for my Fiancé & I to celebrate the eightieth birthday of my Mother. We ordered two Ribeyes & a New York Strip all medium well which were prepared to perfection. The side dishes were more than adequate to complete our dining experience. We look forward to our next experience dining with Four Cornered Steakhouse. The reservation was very convenient.     The service and the food was amazing. We were there on a Sunday evening and had reserved a table for 7:00 p.m. We were ready to eat about 6:00 P.M. I had the Fish and Chips and my partner had the Salmon. Both were great. We were celebrating a birthday so ordered the chocolate/peanut butter cake with ice cream and loved it. We will definitely eat there next time we are at the Terre Haute, Indiana casino and we are looking forward to it. I don't remember the name of our server but he was great and made sure we had a great experience.
