Restaurants near Lincoln Log Cabin State Historic Site

First time coming and it was a nice atmosphere (besides the loud people in front of us). The staff was very nice and the food was delicious

We head this way often and always stay one night in Effingham just so we can eat at Firefly Grill. We are never disappointed! Food and service is always excellent!

Our server seemed very rushed and after our order was placed she was nowhere to be found. The tables near us had the same issue. The host interacted more with the customers than she did. When she finally brought us our checks she took 30 min to bring our cards back to the table. The atmosphere and food was fantastic. The waitress needs to be better.

Our party of 12 enjoyed a fabulous dining experience. The appetizers were delicious - we had fried mushrooms, onion petals, spinach artichoke dip with chips, and cheesy jalapeno poppers. The entrees were served quickly and piping hot. The fall specials of bourbon apple butter burger and the apple butter pork chops were especially tasty. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and the quantity of the food served. The staff very graciously and perfectly accommodated our request for seating due to mobility issues for some in our group. And of course, it is always fun to watch the "robot" deliver drinks to the table! We will go back often!
