Abruzzo Italian Kitchen opened in December 2017. As is the Italian tradition, our focus is on the quality of our ingredients and simplicity of preparation. We cook by hand, from scratch, including all of our fresh pastas and wood fired pizzas. Fantastic! The restaurant is beautiful. The service was both impeccable and unpretentious, which really added to our enjoyment of the meal. Big thanks to Joe and the team that supported him! The food was amazing. We especially enjoyed the bison and the small plates. As others have noted, the chickpea fritters are delicious. The menu is really interesting and everything we ordered was great.

Had a great experience last night! We shared the beet and burrata salad and it was so flavorful. Highly recommend! Then shared the fennel sausage and burrata pizza, which was perfect. Sienna provided excellent service. Would have tried the flourless cake as the people next to us loved it, but we were stuffed! Thank you!

Absolutely excellent! This restaurant and their staff go above and beyond to make dinner amazing. Food is excellent, fresh, unique and cooked to perfection. The Belton Chalet Dining Room is our FAVORITE in the State of Montana. If you dont stop here, you are truly missing out.
