- MMeganvipChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a wonderful holiday tea at Babe's Tea Room. We have done holiday tea every year for 13 years at various places in Boulder and Babe's absolutely blows them all away. Starting with the tea room itself -- we were seated on a very comfortable couch and chair, since it was only two of us, with decent room on the table for all the tea and treats, but we also had a side table that came in very handy to put things on (tea tables can get crowded with all the "stuff"). The tea menu is outstanding -- so many to choose from and you can have as many pots as you like so if you don't care for what you order, no problem. Get something different! They also offer a great menu of delicious cocktails. The food was outstanding! Everything was fresh and soft and so delicious. The sandwiches -- chicken curry, roasted turkey, cheddar with apple, and cucumber were so good. The scones were excellent (scones are usually dry and meh, but these had the perfect balance of soft and firm) and they were very tasty, especially the cinnamon chip. The sweet treats were also delicious and perfectly balanced (not too sweet). Our server was wonderful too. So friendly, so knowledgeable, so attentive. This really was the best afternoon/holiday tea we have had in a really long time. I know we'll be going to Babe's throughout the year and not just limiting ourselves to the holidays. It's that good!More infoBabes Tea Room - GoldenPrice: Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Golden•4.7

The staff took such great care of us and the food was incredible. We both have a pretty bad habit of going out to eat and making friends with absolutely everyone in the restaurant. By the end of the night, it felt like we had done just that. Everyone - our server, bartender, hostess and the kitchen staff that we were lucky enough to meet made this a truly special evening. For me, that counts for everything and I’d eat hot garbage off of the floor just to experiences the vibes that these besties provided again!More infoHey KiddoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Highlands•4.8
