Maplewood III of Vineland is a family owned and operated restaurant serving the Vineland area for 40 years. Maplewood III is the culmination of the dreams and work of Howard Esposito and his son Ken that began in the early 80's. We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch; tomato sauce, meatballs, soups and eggplant are prepared daily. All entrees are cooked to order using the finest, freshest ingredients. We are proud to have been chosen Vineland 's favorite Italian & best seafood restaurant by locals year after year! Although our basis is authentic Italian we have expanded our menu over the years and now offer rack of lamb, broiled seafood combination, filet mignon plus a large assortment of seafood and fresh fish. Dining at the charming Franklinville Inn is always special. From the gracious welcome by Marianne at the front door to the perfect Old Fashioned by Tiffany at the bar to the enthusiastic, friendly service by the FOH staff. The ambiance during the Christmas season is wonderful, and the decor is beautiful. The wedge salad and prime rib were spectacular, and the homemade desserts (chocolate mousse pie this visit) are always the perfect closing. Celebrating here is unforgettable.

Excellent food and top notch service! Our waiter Eddie was phenomenal! We didnt have to ask twice or correct anything! Very personable and attentive!! Food was excellent! Highly recommend!!! Cant say enough good things about the Maplewood III! Thank you for a great evening out!

The service was good, the food was as expected. I had the New England clam chowder and stuffed mushrooms. The soup was tasty, the stuffed mushrooms were adequate (the stuffing was mostly bread).
