I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink.     We had the chicken pad thai for a shared main course and the puffed rice salmon app, along with a Japanese Mule and Spicy Cucumber cocktail. All 4 were very good. They were very busy but we were seated right at 7:30 as per our reservation.

    We ate on the patio, overlooking the golf course. Service was fantastic - friendly but not familiar, knowledgeable and efficient. Food was all delicious…well above average calamari, a very creative salmon dish with the fish cooked perfectly, and excellent surf & turf with shrimp. We also tried the Cuban mac & cheese, which was another creative take that really works. Key lime pie was the real deal flavor. Price is very reasonable for the quality.

    Valentines Day early in 430 best idea bar filled up in 15 minutes , We were at table in bar area so noiser than usual. Food was awesome as always Brushcetta thank God its back and the 4lb lobster was so sweet I ate the whole thing yummmmmm HUbby had ribeye and it was great too loved our experience there
